Dale Osterman Pe

Dale Osterman PE is an experienced engineer with a strong background in design and mechanical engineering. Currently employed at Esterline - Korry since September 2005, Dale focuses on the design of illuminated Man-Machine Interfaces (MMI) and controls, as well as systems engineering for Auto Pilot Controllers. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace from 2000 to 2005, where responsibilities encompassed electronics packaging and mechanical design for Weather Radar and TCAS product lines, alongside generating cost benefit analyses. Earlier roles include Senior Electronics Packaging Engineer at Boeing (1985-1997), contributing to R&D and production designs, and Engineer/Lead Design Engineer at Norfin, Inc. (1983-1985), where mechanism design for a paper sorting system was a key responsibility. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
