Rachel Evans

Rachel Evans is an experienced engineer currently serving as Engineer III at Estes Energetics since June 2024. Previously, Rachel held the role of International Project Manager at CarbonCure Technologies from April 2021 to June 2024, managing remote technology installation and troubleshooting at concrete ready-mix plants. Rachel has extensive experience in reliability engineering and production supervision from a tenure at LafargeHolcim in the US, where responsibilities included implementing maintenance routines and leading teams to improve safety protocols. Earlier roles included Oil & Gas Tax Consultant at KE Andrews and Associate Technical Professional at Halliburton, where Rachel specialized in designing slurry systems and optimizing wellbore conditions. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah.
