Elena Gironda

Elena Gironda has extensive work experience in business development, corporate development, and consulting roles. Elena is currently working as a Business Development Director at ESTEVE since October 2021. Prior to this, Elena served as a Member of the Governance Council at Rocaguinarda - Cooperativa Cultural starting from September 2018. From June 2019 to October 2021, they worked as a Corporate Development Manager at ISDIN, and before that, they held the position of Business Development Manager at ISDIN from February 2014 to June 2019. Elena also has experience as a Founder & CEO at Smart Health Consulting from February 2013 to July 2014. Before entering the business world, Elena worked at Ernst & Young as a Manager - Lifesciences and Senior Consultant - Lifesciences from June 2011 to February 2013. Elena started their career as a Consultant at Mensor from October 2009 to June 2011, followed by a consulting role at Ambrosetti from June 2007 to September 2009. Elena began their professional journey as an intern at Philips in 2006 and at Zincografica USA in August-September 2004.

Elena Gironda holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi, which they obtained in 2004. Elena went on to complete their Master's degree in General Management from the same institution in 2006. Additionally, Elena pursued a Master's in International Management from CEMS and Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH) through the Erasmus program in 2005-2006.
