Tomasz Lubacz has extensive experience in operations and production management, currently serving as Group Operations Manager at Esteves Group since 1997, overseeing group production management and continuous improvement of production processes. Additionally, Tomasz has held the role of Group Technical Director, focusing on the definition and enhancement of production standards and equipment. Since 1997, Tomasz has also been the Director at ESTEVES-DWD Polska, managing production operations. Educationally, Tomasz holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, completed between 1992 and 1997, with further studies at the same institution from 2004 to 2005.
