Rohan Allan is an experienced operations and service manager with a robust background in the aviation and transportation industries. Currently serving as Group Operations and Service Manager at Metro Trains Melbourne since July 2014, Rohan oversees operational staff and ensures adherence to service level agreement targets. Previously, Rohan worked at Qantas Airways from May 2004 to April 2014, holding various managerial roles, including Manager of Customer Service Ground Staff, where accountability for over 450 staff and a $20 million budget was maintained. Additionally, Rohan managed 1400 cabin crew employees and developed strategic third-party contracting relationships.
