Carlos Bustillo de Castro

Carlos Bustillo de Castro is an experienced civil engineer with a solid background in project management and construction. Currently serving as Jefe de Unidad ACO at ESTEYCO since January 2019, Carlos has managed significant projects such as the international width implementation on the Astigarraga-Irún section and emergency gallery construction in TAV tunnels between Vitoria and Bilbao. Prior roles include Jefe de obra at INBISA, overseeing urbanization projects, and Jefe de Proyectos de Ingeniería at Tecmim. Carlos began a career at Ferrovial Agroman, where responsibilities included collaborating with administration and ensuring successful project development. Education was completed at Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos and Universidad de Cantabria, earning degrees in civil engineering with a specialization in structures.
