Brett Beattie

Brett Beattie has extensive experience in procurement, starting their career in 1996 at Staples Australia/New Zealand as a Vendor Manager & Procurement Analyst. Brett then moved on to Novartis as the Head of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement for Aust/NZ in 2006. Beattie also held managerial roles at Aristocrat and Veolia Australia and New Zealand before becoming Head of Procurement at Opal HealthCare in 2014 and later at Southern Cross Care in 2019. Currently, they serve as the Head of Procurement at Estia Health since 2020.

Brett Beattie attended Ryde Secondary College from 1974 to 1980, where they completed their HSC in Biological and Physical Sciences. Brett then pursued further education, earning diplomas in Business Management from the Australian Institute of Management in 2010-2012, Leading Global Projects from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2009, and Business Management & Negotiation Skills from Harvard University in 2007-2008.
