Norberto da Silva

Norberto Da Silva is a seasoned graphic designer and art director with over 18 years of experience in the Venezuelan and international advertising markets. Currently serving as a Graphic Designer and Art Director at Estimado José Alfredo since November 2016, Norberto previously held the position of Creative Director at Leo Burnett Worldwide from September 2001 to March 2015. Starting their career as an Art Assistant at DMB&B in 1995, Norberto progressed to roles such as Art Director at Target DDB and Nölck Red America, focusing on comprehensive visual and communicational development of advertising campaigns. Norberto holds dual degrees in Graphic Design from Centro de Estudios Integrales del Diseño, earned between 1992 and 1995. Passionate about ideas that influence behavior, Norberto continues to make a significant impact in the field of advertising.
