Sophie Brennan has diverse work experience in the fields of people and culture, talent management, and recruitment. Sophie currently works at EstimateOne as a Senior People & Culture Business Partner, where they are responsible for unlocking value from the company's existing services and driving innovation. Prior to this role, they served as a Talent Manager at EstimateOne and was instrumental in hiring and managing talent for the organization. Sophie also had a role as a Talent, People & Culture Advisor at EstimateOne, where they contributed to the company's vision of becoming the industry standard in construction technology. Before joining EstimateOne, Sophie worked as a Digital Talent Advisor at MYOB, where they focused on hiring technical talent for the Engineering and Experience Division. Sophie started their career at Randstad, where they gained recruitment experience as an Information Technology Recruitment Consultant and a Technology Recruitment Resourcer, specializing in sourcing IT roles ranging from technical support to C-level positions.

Sophie Brennan attended Victoria University of Wellington from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree. Their studies focused on International Business, Human Resource Management, and Industrial Relations.
