Andressa Lodi is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as a Customer Success Senior Analyst at Estoca since October 2023, focusing on client engagement, account health monitoring, and upsell opportunities. With extensive experience in customer success roles at Mandaê and Nuvemshop from October 2021 to October 2023, Andressa managed key accounts, ensuring high retention rates and optimizing internal processes. Prior to these positions, Andressa held roles at Empower as a Customer Success Manager and Analyst, as well as a Reliability Engineering Intern at Braskem. Andressa's academic credentials include a Doctorate and Master's in Energy, along with an undergraduate degree in Energy Engineering, all obtained from Universidade Federal do ABC.
