Sarah Bottura

Sarah Bottura is currently the Head de Pessoas at Estoca. Sarah has previous HR experience from companies such as Nubank, Embraer, and Fesa Global Executive Search Transforming Leadership. Sarah started their career as an intern at Page Personnel - Brazil. Sarah has a proven track record in coaching senior leaders, designing people plans, and supporting managers during engagement and performance cycles. Sarah is an expert in HR initiatives and has successfully led a commercial aviation business unit carve-out process. Sarah is also skilled in starting and designing PMO areas in HR.

Sarah Bottura has a postgraduate degree in business administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. Sarah also has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas. Sarah Bottura attended middle and high school at Colegio Visconde de Porto Seguro.
