Kaidi Ruusalepp

Kaidi Ruusalepp has extensive work experience in various leadership and advisory roles. Kaidi is currently a member of the Presidential Digital Advisory Council for the Office of the President of the Republic of Estonia. In addition, they are the President of the Estonian Founders Society.

Previously, Kaidi served as the CEO and Founder of Funderbeam, a global marketplace for investing in and trading private companies. Kaidi also founded OÜ Salme.

Earlier in their career, Kaidi was the CEO of the Estonian Service Industry Association and a member of the management board for the same organization. Kaidi also held positions at NASDAQ OMX Tallinn as a member of the management board and later as the CEO.

Prior to that, Kaidi served as the Chairman of the Management Board at Eesti Väärtpaberikeskus and as the Head of Development at AS Eesti Väärtpaberikeskus. Kaidi began their career as a legal advisor in the Estonian Government Office, where they played a key role in the development of state information systems and the creation of legal frameworks.

Kaidi Ruusalepp attended the University of Tartu from 2009 to 2012, where they earned an MBA degree in Strategic Management. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2004, they also studied at the University of Tartu, although the specific degree is not mentioned. Kaidi began their education at Audentese ülikool in 1994, where they studied Law and economy until 1998.
