Kerli Onno

Kerli Onno currently serves as the Head of Strategy Development at Maksu- ja Tolliamet / Estonian Tax and Customs Board, a position held since September 2018, and has also held roles including Head of Analysis Unit and Business Controller within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Service for Psychosocial Crisis Aid at the Estonian Social Insurance Board in 2019, and as a Science Communication Specialist at Tallinn University from January 2016 to September 2018. Kerli Onno's earlier positions include Consultant at the State Budget Control Select Committee at RIIGIKOGU KANTSELEI and Information Specialist roles at the University of Barcelona and Estonian Business School. Academically, Kerli Onno is pursuing a Doctorate in Public Administration at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, alongside a Microdegree in Strategic Management Accounting and Financial Management. Other educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Internal Security from the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences and a Master's Degree in Communication Management from Tallinn University.
