Nagwa Assafiri

Nagwa Assafiri is currently the Head of People and Culture at eStore Logistics, a market leading eCommerce and omni-channel third-party logistics provider. Prior to this, Nagwa held a position as the Head of Business Partnering - People and Culture at The Reject Shop, an ASX listed company with over 360 stores nationally. Nagwa also has experience at David Jones, where she held various roles including People Manager - Corporate and Human Resources Manager - Operations. She began her career as an HR Specialist at David Jones and has also worked at The Nuance Group and Diver Consolidated Industries in HR roles. Nagwa holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Human Resource Management and Management, as well as additional certifications in employment and labour relations law, return to work coordination, and training and assessment.
