Kamil Michalski has worked in various roles throughout their career. Kamil began their career as a Customer Service Specialist at South Western BPO Poland, where they assisted customers with car hire inquiries and processed orders. Kamil then became an English Language Teacher, teaching General and Business English to employees at P&G DC while working at Lang LTC. Kamil then joined WebInterpret as a Customer Success Specialist UK, providing technical support to customers and assessing account performance to increase growth and satisfaction. Currently, they work at eStoreMedia as a Client Success Manager, collaborating with stakeholders to align the use of the company's tools to clients' strategic objectives and delivering user training to enhance adoption and satisfaction.
Kamil Michalski completed their Master's Degree in English Language Teaching with the Use of Information Technology at the University of Łódź, Faculty of Applied Linguistics from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in English Language Teaching from Warsaw University, Faculty of Applied Linguistics, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
In addition to their formal education, Kamil Michalski has obtained several certifications. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with different completion dates in 2021.
