Lisa Hale has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Lisa is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success Capabilities at eStoreMedia - digital brand intelligence since November 2020. In addition, they also run their own consultancy called Lisa Hale LTD, where they work as an eCommerce Strategy & Capabilities Consultant starting from October 2020.
