Martyna S. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Martyna started their career as a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant at Netmedia, where they provided support for dedicated corporate clients and managed hotel reservations and event organization. Martyna then joined HRS Group as a Corporate Account Manager, where they focused on proactive and reactive sales, built lasting relationships with corporate clients, and implemented sales strategies. After that, they worked at Syndigo as a Business Development Director for the CEE & Turkey region, where they acquired customers, co-created the company's strategy, and actively implemented their services and IT systems. Currently, Martyna serves as the Business Success Director at eStoreMedia, where they attract new partners, builds and maintains relationships with global partners, and sets standards for cooperation and content delivery.

Martyna S. studied at Akademia Podlaska w Siedlcach, where they pursued Filologia Polska. Later, they attended Uczelnia Łukaszewski and earned a Licencjat in Komunikacja społeczna i dziennikarstwo. In addition to their formal education, Martyna has obtained several certifications. These include the ValueSelling Framework from ValueSelling Associates, Inc. in December 2019, MS Excel from IT & Business Training in October 2015, and TOP Women in e-Commerce 2023 from Fundacja Kobiety e-biznesu in May 2023.
