Jaclyn-Nicole C. Mesa

Vice President at Estrada Hinojosa

Ms. Mesa provides quantitative analysis, research and transactional support for the Firm; primarily the Eastern region which includes the Florida, New York and Chicago offices.

Her responsibilities include coordinating financial transactions, performing detailed analyses, developing financial projections, identifying refunding and restructuring opportunities for debt service savings, determining borrowing capacity for issuers, and working closely with the Firm’s financial advisory clients in Florida.

Additionally, she assists in managing the bond issuance process for the Florida clients, including coordinating with Bond Counsel, Underwriter’s Counsel, Financial Advisors, Underwriters, Bond Insurers, and Rating Agencies.

Prior to being involved with municipal finance, she worked in the soft commodities industry.

Ms. Mesa claims an active role in her community; volunteering for numerous charities and attending fundraisers for non-profit organizations. She is also active in the international art world, developing her own collection with a focus on strong female artists.
