Gennifer Ortiz is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across several organizations. Currently serving as Lider de Talento Humano at Estratek Ventures since March 2022, Gennifer previously held positions including Coordinador Gestión Humana at Sodimac Colombia from December 2018 to March 2022, and Especialista Planeación Recursos Humanos at Coca-Cola FEMSA from January 2016 to December 2018. Gennifer began a career in human resources as Analista de Selección at Eficacia S.A. from October 2012 to March 2015, focusing on selection processes and client management. Gennifer holds a degree in Psychology from Institución Universitaria de Envigado and an Especialización en Gerencia Estratégica de Talento Humano from Universidad Católica de Oriente, completed in 2020.
