Markus Pregmark

Markus Pregmark is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Estrella AB since May 2022. Previously, Markus held significant HR leadership roles at Dentsply Sirona, including Sr HR Manager for the Implants and Clinical Research teams and Head of HR Nordics, where strategic HR initiatives were developed for the Nordics region. Other notable positions include Director of HR Europe at NEP Group, Inc., HR Director for Region North at Mölnlycke Health Care, and HR Manager at Swedavia AB. Markus's career began at Abba Seafood AB, where responsibilities included HR & Communication Director and HR Manager, along with various HR roles at previous organizations such as Svenska Spel. Markus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogics & Psychology from the University of Gothenburg and is a certified Trainer in Appreciative Leadership Development from the Corporation for Positive Change.
