Christine Baron

Christine Baron has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with their most recent role as Director of Human Resources at Estrella Insurance since 2020. Prior to that, they held positions at various companies, including St. David's Center for Child and Family Development, where they were the Director of Human Resources from 2007 to 2010. Christine also worked as a Human Resources Manager at driasi from 2005 to 2007 and as a Manager of Human Resources at MAPPCOR in 2000. Additionally, Christine served as the Coordinator of Human Resources/Generalist at driasi from 1999 to 2000. Throughout their career, Christine has demonstrated expertise in labor strategies, recruitment, compensation planning, talent management, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Christine Baron completed their Master of Management degree in Human Resources from the University of South Florida in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, Christine received certification as a SHRM-CP from the SHRM Certification institution in December 2018.
