Albertho Mercédat

Albertho Mercédat has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Albertho began their career as a Payroll Clerk at Sobeys in 2000, where they maintained payroll information and prepared reports. Albertho then worked as a Senior Sales Representative and Manager in Training at Future Shop from 2002 to 2005. Following that, they served as a Customer Service Representative at Fido Solutions from 2005 to 2007.

In 2009, Albertho became a Security Supervisor at Strict Sécurité & Sécurité Sirois, where they performed preventive patrols, access control, and physical interventions. Albertho worked in this role until 2012.

From 2012 to 2017, Albertho held multiple positions at Netelligent Hosting Services. Albertho started as an Account Manager, responsible for managing client communication, developing business, and cultivating relationships. Albertho also worked as a Billing specialist, managing account balances, issuing invoices, and collecting payments.

In 2015, Albertho took on the role of Operations Director at Société Aisudan Productions Inc., where they were involved in organizing combat sports competitions.

In 2017, Albertho joined Estruxture Data Centers as an Account Manager, providing data center solutions and support services to a range of customers.

Most recently, in 2021, Albertho became the National Director of Officials at ISKA Canada, a globally recognized sanctioning and regulatory body for combat sports and martial arts.

Throughout their career, Albertho has demonstrated a solid track record of achieving quotas and success in team environments.

Albertho Mercédat began their education in 1992 at École Secondaire Marie-Victorin, where they completed their General Education Diploma (DES) in 1997. Albertho then pursued their interest in computer programming at Cégep Marie-Victorin from 1997 to 1999, focusing on Programmation informatique.

In addition to their formal education, Albertho has obtained several certifications. Albertho completed the "10 Ways to avoid Phishing Scams" course at KnowBe4 in January 2022. In July 2021, they completed the "2021 KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training" as well as the "Clean Desk Policy" course, both at KnowBe4. In June 2021, they obtained the "VMSP Certified Sales Professional" and "VMSP Certified Technical Sales Professional" certifications from Veeam Software. Albertho also completed the "2020 KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training" in July 2020 and the "2019 KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training" in July 2019, both at KnowBe4.
