Soraia R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Soraia started their career as a Systems Analyst at Dabi Atlante S.A in 1989, where they designed and developed advanced information systems using Oracle Developer/2000. From 1997 to 2001, they worked as a Business Management/Event Planner at Irmaos Biagi Acucar e Alcool. Soraia then transitioned into the telecommunications field, working as a Toll Free Numbers Routing Manager and later as a N.O.C. Provisioning Manager at Group of Gold Line from 2003 to 2007. In these roles, they managed continuous improvement projects, improved quality controls, and led a team responsible for troubleshooting and resolving network issues. Soraia then joined Rogers Communications Inc. as a Project Migration Support Analyst from 2007 to 2008, where they coordinated and managed cleanup and audit activities. Soraia's career further progressed at Cogeco Data Services Inc., where they worked as a Partner Relations Coordinator in 2009, responsible for developing and managing strategic carrier partnerships.
