Janice White has a diverse work experience in the housing industry. Janice currently holds the position of Head of Repairs at Estuary Housing Association, where they have been since September 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Customer Experience Contract Manager at the same company from December 2019 to September 2021. From January 2014 to December 2019, Janice worked as a Performance Specialist at Estuary Housing Association.

Before joining Estuary Housing Association, Janice worked at Thurrock Council as the Housing Service Manager for Strategy & Renewal from October 2009 to November 2012. Janice also gained valuable experience at Southend Borough Council, where they held the position of Strategy & Planning Group Manager for Strategic Housing & Vulnerable Adults from 2004 to 2009. Janice's extensive knowledge and experience in the housing industry make their a valuable asset in their current role.

Janice obtained their first Master of Science degree in Housing from Middlesex University in 1999. Prior to that, they completed a Postgraduate Degree in Housing Studies from the same university between 1995 and 1998. In 1991, Janice earned a Bachelor of Science (Hon) degree in Applied Chemistry from the University of Hertfordshire.

In recent years, they pursued further education at Hult Ashridge, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Leadership and Management between 2018 and 2022. Additionally, Janice obtained a CTLLS (Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector) qualification from the South Essex College of Further and Higher Education in 2013.
