Vicky Wallis

Vicky Wallis is an experienced Human Resources Manager at Estuary Housing Association since October 2008, where responsibilities include managing a small HR team, overseeing recruitment and retention, applying policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law, and handling employee relations issues. Vicky is also involved in training administration, pensions, remuneration, and the implementation of training programs. Prior to this role, Vicky served as Assistant Personnel Manager at Sainsburys Supermarkets from September 1992 to October 2008 and worked as a Currency Checker at Hambros Bank Bishopsgate from April 1976 to September 1978.
