Homer Shahbaz

Homer Shahbaz has extensive work experience in the field of business development, talent acquisition, and IT consulting. Homer started their career in 1997 as a Sr Systems Analyst and Developer at Wells Fargo, where they worked until 1998. Homer then moved on to Pacific Bell Communications as a System Architect from 1998 to 2000, followed by a role as a Senior Technical Analyst at Charles Schwab from 2000 to 2001. Homer then worked at Bank of America as a Senior Software Engineer from 2002 to 2005. In 2006, they joined Modis as a Business Development Manager, where they discovered their passion for talent acquisition. Since 2008, Homer has been working at Estuate, Inc. as the Director of Business Development and Talent Acquisition, assisting clients in finding candidates with the necessary skills and expertise for successful project completion.

Homer Shahbaz has a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Columbia University. Homer also has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology. In addition, Homer has a certification called "Pathway to Success" from GSA.
