Ruben Cabrero Garcia

Ruben Cabrero Garcia is an experienced architect with over three decades of professional practice, currently working at Estudio de Arquitectura since 1990. Ruben has a proven track record in the rehabilitation of buildings, focusing on energy efficiency, accessibility, structural integrity, and functionality for both residential and tertiary uses. Additionally, comprehensive involvement in residential, tertiary, and industrial architecture projects, along with urban planning and management, has been part of Ruben's portfolio. Prior experience includes real estate promotion from 1997 to 2005. Ruben holds a Master's degree in Architecture from Universidad de Valladolid and is currently pursuing a BREEAM qualification in Sustainable Building at Instituto Tecnológico de Galicia. Ongoing education includes various certifications related to environmental impact assessments, urban planning law, real estate valuations, and energy efficiency.
