Marisol Iriarte Palao

Marisol Iriarte Palao has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and marketing. Marisol started their career as a Junior Psychologist in Personnel Selection at Cencosud S.A. from 2010 to 2012. Marisol then joined BDO Peru as an Organizational Consultant from 2012 to 2014. Marisol progressed within BDO Peru and held various positions such as Human Resources Coordinator, Corporate Human Resources Coordinator, Head of Corporate Human Resources, and Head of Corporate Marketing. During their time at BDO Peru, they were responsible for attracting talent, implementing digital tools for recruitment, improving staff satisfaction, and leading successful marketing campaigns. Marisol currently works at Estudio Olaechea as the Head of Human Resources.

Marisol Iriarte Palao completed their education at the following institutions:

- From 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Development and People Management at Pacífico Business School.

- In 2014, they obtained an International Diploma in Human Talent Management from Universidad ESAN.

- From 2005 to 2010, they completed their undergraduate studies and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia.
