Andrew Herkes

Andrew Herkes is currently the Business Readiness Lead - Transformation at esure Group since January 2021. Prior to this, Andrew held various roles at NatWest Group from May 2018 to December 2020, including Transformation Lead. Before NatWest Group, Andrew worked at RBS from August 2002 to May 2018 in various positions such as Product Owner, Senior Service Designer, Senior Change Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Incident Analyst, and Payables Officer. Andrew graduated from Edinburgh Napier University in 2002.
