Currently, at esure, Dameion holds the title of Engineering Services Team Leader and Senior Motor Engineer, playing a key role in overseeing engineering services and motor engineering for the company. Dameion is also a full member of the Institute of Automotive Engineers & Assessors, specializing in insurance, vehicle assessing, and accident reconstruction.
