Karen Logan

Karen Logan is a seasoned UX Researcher at esure Group since July 2018, with previous roles including Speech/Interactions Analyst and Planning and Business Insight Analyst. Prior to this, Karen served as a Research Assistant at the University of Central Lancashire, focusing on enhancing police facial composite effectiveness. Experience also includes customer advisory work at The Silver Line Helpline and providing support through the Volunteers Early Action Team at Lancashire Constabulary. Earlier roles featured positions as an Inclusion Support Worker at Blackpool Council and Team Leader at Hexagon Care Services, where Karen contributed to the care of young girls in an assessment center. Education includes a Master of Science in Occupational & Organisational Psychology from Northumbria University and a Master of Science in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Strathclyde, among other qualifications.
