Kathryn Doyle has extensive work experience in various HR roles. From 2015 onwards, they worked at esure Group, initially as the HR Projects Manager and then as the Head of HR Projects and Corporate Communications. In these roles, they were responsible for managing the HR aspects of acquisitions and leading internal and external communications activities. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2015, they worked at The Co-operative Bank plc in roles such as HR Projects Manager and HR Business Partner. In these positions, they worked on re-capitilization programs, managed TUPE processes, and supported strategic projects within the IT function. Overall, Kathryn has a strong background in HR and project management.

Kathryn Doyle attended Bournemouth University from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computing & Applied Psychology. Kathryn achieved a 2:1 classification in their field of study.
