David Powell (he/him)

David Powell has a diverse range of work experience. In 2021, they worked as an Enterprise Account Manager at Esusu. Prior to that, they were a Scout at Sweater, a tech enthusiast and writer at The Future Is Here, and an Advisor at cela in 2018. Additionally, they served as a Mentor at Halo Incubator, NUMA New York, StrtupBoost, VentureOut, and Goldfingr - Members-Only Global Investment Club. In the same year, they also held the position of Director of Business Development at ToJoy International Capital Corporation Ltd., where they focused on investment management in US companies expanding internationally. David has experience in diverse industries, including HealthTech, EdTech, AR/VR, robotics, and e-sports.

David Powell attended Hanoi University in 2002, where they studied International Relations and Economics as part of their Foreign Studies degree. From 2000 to 2003, they pursued their undergraduate education at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, focusing on International Relations and Sociology. In 2005, David earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and International Relations from UMass Boston. Currently, they are enrolled at Stanford University School of Engineering, where they are studying Business & Innovation.
