Gavin Duffy

Gavin Duffy is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and digital marketing. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at ESW since June 2020, Gavin's past roles at ESW include Director of Engineering and Senior Manager, Engineering. As co-founder of Tapit Labs Ltd, Gavin focuses on linking digital marketing with in-store transactions to enhance customer engagement for retailers. Previously, at Prometric, Gavin worked as a Technical Architect, leading system migrations to MS Azure and managing development teams. Earlier experience includes application development at Paddy Power and web security roles at Pocket Kings, alongside a consultancy position at Ernst & Young, where Gavin specialized in IT controls and penetration testing. Gavin holds a Master's degree in Security and Forensic Computing from Dublin City University.
