Hilary O Donnell

Hilary O'Donnell is a seasoned professional in project management and client support services, currently serving as Senior Manager - Client Support Services at ESW since September 2020, where leadership of a team of Client Change Partners and oversight of the Customer Technical Support Team are key responsibilities. Previously, Hilary held various senior project management roles at ESW, including managing strategic programs aimed at client and business needs, optimizing business processes, and implementing finance systems automation projects. Prior experience includes a tenure at Oracle over two decades, where Hilary was the IT Principal Project Manager for mergers and acquisitions and an IT Consultant for the implementation of Oracle applications across multiple countries. Additionally, Hilary has experience in customer service and billing support for the German market at UPS Supply Chain Solutions and holds a Bachelor's degree in German and Sociology from University College Dublin.
