Lorraine Hand

Lorraine Hand has extensive experience in HR roles. Lorraine started their career as a Site HR Generalist at Eishtec in 2014 and worked there until 2016. Lorraine then moved on to Paddy Power Betfair, where they served as an HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2018. After that, they joined HR Duo as a Human Resources Consultant from 2018 to 2019. Lorraine then worked as an HR Consultant on a contract basis at PayPal from 2019 to 2020. Lorraine is currently employed at ESW, where they held positions as a Senior HR Business Partner/HR Ops Manager from 2020 to 2022, a Director of HR Business Partnering from 2022 to 2023, and is currently working as a Director of HR Programs starting from 2023. Additionally, Lorraine has also worked as an HR Tutor at Dunboyne College of Further Education since 2021.

Lorraine Hand completed their BA (Hons) in Criminology and Criminal Justice Studies from Waterford Institute of Technology in the years 2009 to 2012. Lorraine then pursued additional qualifications in UK and Irish Employment Law from CIPD from an unspecified start year until 2016. Finally, in the years 2013 to 2014, Lorraine obtained a Masters Degree in Business specializing in Human Resource Management from Waterford Institute of Technology.
