Samara Lugo is an HR Business Partner currently working with ESW's Tech Team and based in Spain. A NYC native, Samara's early career in teaching has honed their communication skills, while their master's thesis on cross-cultural experience and risk acceptance garnered recognition as the Best Dissertation of their cohort. Previously, Samara contributed to employee engagement and performance management initiatives at Playtomic, successfully hiring over 60 individuals across multiple countries. With a strong interest in global mobility and organizational psychology, Samara thrives in fast-paced environments and actively engages in various employee initiatives.
