Shane Kavanagh

Shane Kavanagh is an experienced finance and accounting professional with a strong background in managing financial operations. Currently serving as the F&A Department Manager at ESW since October 2021, Shane previously held the same position at Lidl Ireland from June 2019 to October 2021, playing a significant role in financial management and reporting. Prior work experience includes roles as F&A Supervisor and F&A Team Leader at UPS, where responsibilities encompassed general ledger close activities and oversight of accounting for multiple entities in compliance with US GAAP and local standards. Shane's career also includes experience as an Audit Senior at Duignan Carthy O'Neill and Leonard & Co, focusing on audit engagements, issue resolution, and tax return preparation. Shane holds a BA Honours in Accounting from the National College of Ireland, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
