Karen Nikoghosyan has worked in various roles since 2015. Karen began their career as a University Lecturer at Artsakh State University in 2015. In the same year, they were also CTO and Team Lead at GTech Solutions LLC, where they were responsible for development team leading activities, meeting with product owners, making decisions and user stories/tasks preparation, daily scrum meetings and retrospective meetings after each iteration. Karen was also the Project and Database Architect and used Agile methodology. In 2016, they became the Founder and Managing Director of gHost Services LLC. In 2017, they were the Founder and Managing Director of Techno-Educational Academy, as well as the Chief Executive Officer of eSwap. In 2019, they became a Lecturer in Management of IT at ASUE.
Karen Nikoghosyan has a diverse educational background. Karen began their educational journey in 2010 when they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the Armenian State University of Economics. In 2014, they earned a Master's Degree in Web Development from the Gyumri Information Technologies Center. Karen then went on to earn a PMP from the IAB International Academy of Business in 2015. In 2016, they earned a Master's Degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the Armenian State University of Economics. In 2020, they completed the Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship program at Draper University. Karen is currently enrolled at Draper University, but has not yet declared a degree or field of study.
