Prasoon Choudhary

Prasoon Choudhary has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Prasoon began their career in 2003 at Mphasis BFL, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer. During this time, they were involved in projects related to Financial Investment and Fund Management, where they designed and developed business components using Java enterprise edition framework.

In 2003, Prasoon joined IBM Global Service India, where they held the position of a Senior Software Engineer. Here, they worked on various projects in the Public sector, Telecom, and Internal Proof of Concept. Prasoon took on roles as an Infrastructure Architect, Solution Architect, and Consultant for Curam Framework, IBM SOA tools, Websphere group of products, DB2, and Trivoli Directory Server implementation. Prasoon gained extensive experience in capacity planning methodology, data center operation, and the implementation of SOA/Webservices technology.

In 2006, Prasoon joined eSystems, Inc. as a Senior Consultant. Prasoon took on the role of Development Lead for the EREP Medicaid TANF & SNAP Project for the Department of Workforce Services Utah. In this position, they managed the team and requirements for Non-Medical and Foster Care Medicaid programs. Prasoon provided Curam implementation solutions and participated in requirement sessions for programs related to SNAP, TANF, Child Care, and Medicaid.

In 2015, Prasoon advanced to the role of Associate Director at eSystems, Inc. Here, they served as the Application Development Manager and Curam Architect for the Arkansas Eligibility and Enrollment Framework project. Prasoon was responsible for project management, planning, and providing business and technical solutions for Medicaid programs. Prasoon successfully implemented the Curam HCR Solution for the Arkansas Enrollment and Eligibility Framework Medicaid system, leading it to go live for all Magi Medicaid Program within 6 months.

Prasoon's career has encompassed a wide range of responsibilities and expertise, including application development, project management, solution architecture, and leadership in the implementation of various technology frameworks for Social Services programs.

Prasoon Choudhary completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Mechanical Engineering Department at SIT, Tumakuru. Prasoon attended this institution from 1993 to 1997. Before that, they also attended K V Bengdubi school from 1990 to 1992, although no degree or field of study is mentioned. Additionally, Prasoon Choudhary has obtained several certifications. In 2012, they obtained certifications in Introduction to Finance from the University of Michigan, Certified scrum master from Scrum Alliance, and Health Policy and the Affordable Care Act from the University of Pennsylvania. In 2007, they obtained the Sun Certified Enterprise Architect certification from Sun Microsystems.
