Alicia Sawyer

Alicia Sawyer, CTS, currently serves as the Account Lead at ET Group, focusing on innovative Hybrid Meeting spaces for enterprises in North America since January 2021. Previously, Alicia held roles at Genesis Integration as a Technology Advisor and Account Executive, where proactive exploration of market opportunities enhanced business development strategies. At AVI-SPL, Alicia was a Regional Sales Manager, overseeing operations in the Waterloo Region and driving revenue growth. Earlier experience includes account management positions at Duocom Canada and Diversified, where Alicia specialized in unified communications and AV systems design, respectively. Alicia is pursuing a Baccalauréat ès arts (B.A.) with a major in French at Bishop's University and has a Business Management degree from Humber Polytechnic.
