Alexander Friedhoff

Alexander is the Co-Founder and CEO of Etaily, which is an end-to-end e-commerce service provider, offering a one-stop omni-channel solution ranging from warehousing and fulfillment, technology to integrate all digital channels, channel management, performance and social media marketing.

He has been in the e-commerce industry since 2018, building his own men’s fashion brand. He previously worked with Zalora in building and managing the Fulfillment by ZALORA program. Zalora is Asia's leading Ecommerce platform in the fashion and lifestyle segment with localized sites across South-East Asia, and part of the Global Fashion Group.

Before Zalora he worked in consulting, where he focused mainly on omni-channel integrations in different industries such as FMCG and fashion retail.

Alexander started his career at one of the most traditional fashion Maison’s of Europe, van Laack, where he was working in different functions around the globe from Manufacturing, Merchandising and Business Development.

He holds a Master in Management from the École Supérieur de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) as well as from the Carlos III University of Madrid and studied in France, Spain and Germany,

Alexander is also a Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum’s as well as a member of the German Chamber of Commerce.
