Tatiana Joy

Tatiana Joy is the current COO at Etaily. Prior to their current position, they served as Vice President, Head of Lazada Sponsored Solutions from January 2018 to March 2021. Before that, Tatiana worked at Hewlett-Packard GmbH as a Service Delivery Manager from August 2011 to June 2012, and then as a Program Manager from January 2013 to June 2017. From May 2004 to July 2011, Tatiana was a Technology Consultant and Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard GmbH (Germany), where they managed the implementation of the Aspen Tech SCM software for various sites in Europe. As project manager, they were responsible for creating the overall project plan and solution based on the matching and mapping session. Tatiana led the various phases from the matching and mapping, design and configuration, user training, site integrated testing, business acceptance testing all the way to the cutover and post-cutover support ensuring that the project deliverables were achieved on time and with the highest quality. Tatiana's experience in technology and project management make their an excellent choice for their current role as COO at Etaily.

Tatiana Joy holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines. Tatiana has also earned a High School Diploma from Philippine Science High School. Tatiana is certified from PMI in PMP and from APICS in Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).

They are on a team with and Ruben Stappers - Interim CFO. Tatiana Joy reports to Alexander Friedhoff, Co-Founder & CEO.
