Faustine Samyn has extensive work experience in the retail, consumer goods, luxury, and beauty industries. Faustine is currently serving as the Global CRM & Customer Experience Director at Etam since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager in Retail, Consumer Goods & Luxury at BearingPoint for ten years, from September 2011 to September 2021.
Before joining BearingPoint, they worked as a Marketing Consultant in the beauty and luxury sector as a freelancer from April 2010 to June 2011. Faustine also served as an Assistant Product Marketing Manager at Puig Prestige Beaute for six months in 2010.
Faustine Samyn has also held significant roles in project management and creative direction. From December 2006 to August 2009, they worked as the Director of Beauty/Luxury/Health projects at LES Z - Marketing & Design. Their responsibilities included project coordination, operational management, trend analysis, and team supervision.
Prior to that, they served as the Artistic Director in the beauty/luxury/health sectors at Dragon Rouge in 2005 and centdegrés in 2005.
Faustine Samyn completed a Diplôme Supérieur in Communication Visuelle from ensaama in 2003. In 2009-2010, Faustine obtained a Mastère Spécialisé (avec Félicitations du Jury) in Marketing from ESCP Business School. Later, in 2013-2020, Faustine earned a Certification Lean Management Green Belt + Black Belt Step 1 from École Polytechnique. In 2017, Faustine completed a Certification Management Skills from the Yale School of Management. Lastly, in 2020, Faustine obtained an Executive short certificate in Data for Managers from HEC Paris.
