Alberta Ituen

Alberta Ituen is a product and project manager with extensive experience in the technology and customer service sectors. Currently serving as the first product hire at ETAP, Alberta leads efforts to launch new products and manages a global remote engineering and design team. Previous roles include customer experience analyst at Flutterwave, where Alberta handled high-volume customer inquiries and improved satisfaction ratings, and project officer at West Africa Transfuture and Technology Summit, overseeing website content development. Additional experience includes operations management at JAM The Coconut Food Company, focusing on process improvements and sales facilitation. Alberta holds a degree from Covenant University, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2018.
