Claudia Schmidt

Claudia Schmidt has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Claudia is currently working as a Cross-Functional IT Operations & People Lead at ETAS since January 2022. Previously, they held the role of IT Operations Manager at ESCRYPT GmbH - Embedded Security from February 2017 to March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Endava as a Technology Group Manager from April 2014 to January 2017. Claudia started their career at IBM, where they held various roles including People Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Account Delivery Leader, and Team Leader from 2009 to 2014. Before joining IBM, they worked as a Trainer and Customer Service Representative at IBM Global Services and as a French translator at INA SCHAEFFLER ROMANIA. Claudia began their career as a Romanian Language and Literature Teacher at "Grigore Antipa" High school in Brasov from September 2003 to September 2006.

Claudia Schmidt graduated from the University of "Transilvania" - Faculty of Literature, Brasov in 2003, where they obtained their undergraduate degree in Foreign Languages and Literature, specializing in Romanian and French. Claudia then pursued a post-university degree at SNSPA - Faculty of Communications and Public Relations, David Ogilvy, Brasov from 2004 to 2006, focusing on Communication and Public Relations. Claudia also holds additional certifications, including Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner (obtained in 2016), ITIL V3 Foundation (obtained in 2010), Project Management Fundamentals PM10 (obtained in 2010), Understanding WWPMM (obtained in 2008), and Project Management Orientation PM54 (obtained in 2008).
