Irina Kimmel

Irina Kimmel has extensive experience in cybersecurity and product management, currently serving as a Product Manager for Automotive Vulnerability Management at ETAS since September 2017. Responsibilities include automotive risk-based vulnerability management, cyber threat intelligence, readiness checks based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and incident response. Prior to this role, Irina held positions as a Service Architect for Enterprise Penetration Test, Lead Consultant for Enterprise Security Testing, and Cyber Security Consultant, focusing on security testing, team leadership, and product security. Earlier experience includes a Bachelor’s project in cloud security at MAGNA Telemotive GmbH and an internship at HvS-Consulting AG as a Junior Technical Security Consultant. Irina's career began as a System Engineer at euromicron AG, following an apprenticeship in IT specialist system integration. Irina holds a Bachelor of Science in Enterprise and IT Security from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences.
