Mirko Bausch

Mirko Bausch has extensive experience spanning over 18 years in various roles within different companies. Mirko currently holds the position of Head of Solution Sales Cybersecurity Europe at ETAS since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Key Account Manager at ESCRYPT from September 2019 to December 2021. Before that, they served as the Head of Sales Europe and Head of Sales (interim) at thyssenkrupp Federn und Stabilisatoren GmbH from January 2018 to February 2019. Additionally, they served as a Business Development Manager at thyssenkrupp from June 2016 to December 2017. Earlier in their career, Mirko held various roles at Robert Bosch GmbH, including Gruppenleiter Vertrieb VW and Sales Project Manager. Mirko also worked as a Gruppenleiter Produktmanagement at Robert Bosch Australia. Mirko started their career as a Trainee at Robert Bosch GmbH and later became a Senior Produktmanager Automotive Aftermarket Wischsysteme.

Mirko Bausch completed their education history as follows:

- From 1987 to 1996, they attended Konrad-Adenauer Gymnasium Meckenheim and obtained their Abitur degree, specializing in Mathematics and Physics.

- Following that, from 1996 to 1998, they studied at the Bundeswehr and earned the degree of Leutnant der Reserve in the field of Fernmelder.

- Finally, from 1998 to 2004, Mirko Bausch attended the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and attained their Diplom degree in Wirtschaftsingenieur.
