Paul Biava

Paul Biava is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as President and Managing Partner at ETC Palm Beach, LLC since November 2017, Biava previously held several high-level positions at Comcast, including Regional Vice President of Operations across multiple regions and responsibilities for over two million subscribers. Notable past roles also include Vice President of Residential and Wholesale Operations at Telefonica in Puerto Rico, President and Owner of EVOX, Inc., Senior Vice President of Access Authority, and District Manager at Cable & Wireless. Biava's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Temple University and completion of the Executive Leadership Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
