Joanna Fortuna

Joanna Fortuna is an experienced operations manager currently employed at etc.venues since October 2021, previously serving as the general manager at Baltic Restaurant from June 2012 to April 2021, where responsibilities included managing sales and payroll reconciliation, implementing cleaning schedules to meet HACCP standards, and overseeing HR functions such as recruitment and staff training.
